Facial Fat Transfer

Facial fat grafting was performed for left hemifacial microsomia to improve facial symmetry and balance. Autologous fat was obtained from the patient’s abdomen using a gentle liposuction technique and then processed for microfat injection along the left temple, cheek, jawline, and chin for volume augmentation. She has beautiful results with natural, lasting harmony of the face.
