Three weeks after botulinum toxin injection, there is softening of the crow’s feet wrinkles (canthal lines) and smoother periorbital and lower eyelid skin, both at rest and with smiling. She has a natural and youthful look, with some “happy lines” and bigger, brighter eyes.
